The staff were great, very friendly, welcoming & helpful.
It is quite a long ways from the town of Progreso, which is the main tourist town in the area.
This is probably the best hotel in the area, and right on the beach, but it is a long way from either Merida or Progreso....about 20 miles from Progreso & 40 from Merida.
