Had to move hotel rooms at midnight with daughter and wife due to securities inability to control extreme loud drunken behavior from room next door.

Staff is great, very good service-better than most American and Cnd hotels. Martha on front desk and Greg on front door are excellent people.
The Italian restaurant good have a better selection but staff is great.

This is or second year there. While we changed rooms, the front desk could not have been more gracious and helpful. Staff in the restaurants etc all are extremely customer service oriented.

The hotel is very family friendly. Every day of the week they have shows during dinner and it was really fun to see.
The beds are a bit hard for me but overall it was decent.

This vacation trip with my young children was great. The kids loved the children’s pool area and the hotel overall. We enjoyed it so much I will be coming back to this same hotel.
