The hotel seemed very new, it has comfy beds and rooms are fairly large.
It had nothing to do with the hotel, it was the construction on the road that lead to the entrance of the hotel.

I would recommend this to anyone who is staying in Brownsville. The distance to the island is fairly close about 20 miles and is great for those who don't want to stay on the island with the rowdiness.

Location is perfect, close to shore, close to freeway, restaurants all around, & excellent location.
It is right next to creek, so the mosquitoes were horrible, make sure to load up on off!

Brand new hotel, very friendly and informative staff, no problems checking in or out, great convenient location. Road leads right to the beach, or the freeway, close to grocery stores, convenient stores, restaurants, basically anything you can think off it was around the corner, And of course, the price was perfect for what I got.

It was clean and spacious.

It was a short distance to South Padre Island beach and it had plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great location.
The breakfast was awful.

I was so thankful for the microwave and fridge in the room. The breakfast choices were
very limited and the one day I tried the skim milk it was bad. But the room was huge and very nice and comfortable.
