Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Adolphus
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

The hotel was near everything that we wanted to see and we saved money on cabs because the hotel had a car and driver take us anywhere we wanted to go in the area and picked us up! The hotel restaurants were a little pricey but the food was really good! If you plan on dining in the French room, make reservations early because it fills up fast. And, trust me, you do want to dine in the French room!! I just have nothing but good to say about this hotel!! ...

The room was not very nice at all. It was a huge room with one king bed and a few pieces of old, worn furniture. It definitely looked like it needed more furniture. A bag of screws from maintenance was on the window sill. Housekeeping was poor. The first day, glasses and toiletries were not replaced. The second day, the sinks were not wiped down, garbage was not emptied and again glasses not replaced!!!! The hotel magazines in the room felt very dirty.I was disappointed with my stay. ...

All in all meant my needs for a spacious, comfortable room. Traffic around hotel is terrible - lots of construction. Stayed here because it was close to Fairpark and the Cotton Bowl. Enjoyed the downstairs bar area - lots of cozy places to sit. Gorgeous interior with lots of history.
