Hotel Guest Reviews of the Loews Boston Back Bay Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(27) | Solo Traveler(24) | Traveling as Couple(52) | Family with Young Children(5) | Family with Teens(10) | Senior Traveler(6) | Group Traveler(6)

Great location. Very clean and nicely appointed. Heated towel bars a nice plus. Everything you need and nothing you don't. The view could have been better but overall, a pleasant choice for Priceline. Would go back.

Lovely common areas.
When I reserved the room on Priceline, it said it would be a deluxe double with two queen beds. When we got to the hotel, it was a single queen room and the stadff said it would be a $30 upcharge to get a double queen room.

Great room, great location.
Nothing was lacking. Quick access to public transportation (about a three block walk). Right in the heart of so much that Boston has to offer.
The hotel was perfectly located and near much of what Boston has to offer that makes it so wonderful. The staff was very helpful. Very easy to get to public transportation and if you run out of time before trying to do so, the staff was great at getting us taxis in about 5 seconds. We really appreciated the restaurant and bar, too.

Great hotel and staff and location in Copley Square.
Yes, when I checked in, they wanted to charge $10 for two beds? No big deal, but it is the second hotel that has asked that question. the other hotel in San Diego (first week in March) wanted to charge for a single bed??? Not good.
Absolutely wonderful hotel for the price!!! Priceline is Great!

Great staff, clean rooms and most of all location was perfect.
Parking fees are high but that is the case all over Boston.
Don't bring a car unless you really need one. You can get around Boston without one.

Location is great. Rooms are nice.
Lobby is nothing much to speak of. Rooms are small and I had a view of an alley.

Great hotel and location. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely return.
Hotel is beautiful and in great location. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Prices for the Stanhope restaurant are a bit on the pricey side especially for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
