Hotel was a great stay! Welcomed immediately by a very friendly staff member who put me in a beautiful room and provided complimentary cocktails at the hotel restaurant. Very comfortable accommodations and great location to my office.

My stay at The Benjamin was great. I was immediately upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise that I greatly appreciated. I really enjoyed the great staff at front desk, one doorman and one staff at front desk, the cleanliness of hotel and its excellent location. I will definitely stay at The Benjamin during my next trip to NYC.

Family Traveling with Young Children
The Benjamin was a very pleasant surprise find - attractive, clean room with a lovely marble bathroom, delicious room service dinner (if a bit expensive - but it is NY). We had a nice quiet room on the back of the hotel. Location was perfect for our midtown activities. No complaints at all, and we will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful, spacious room. Fantastic shower, mirrors, etc. Bed, including "pillow menu" was best I've ever experienced.

This hotel is clean, friendly, welcoming and attached to a great restaurant. They have a great pillow selection and a great location in midtown. I will keep staying here
