Friendly front desk staff cleans.
Cleaning ladies banging on the door.
Good location-near a tube station and not too far from main attractions. Clean and quiet. Has a lift and luggage room.

Lobby was nice.
Room was small and no free internet.
Overall hotel was in good area, felt safe, looks of gardens and close to the tube. For London, the size of the room was average. Lobby is updated, but hotel room is not.

They tried hard to please after bad experience.
The room was very small, TV did not work and the shower did not work.
