Very nice room, fantastic price, would recommend this hotel and priceline to friends. Great location for downtown shopping as well.

Excellent location. It really is showing its age. Renovation is needed.

Decent hotel but not 3.5 stars for a business traveler. Hotel put me in the worst wing right on the tracks.

Everyone was great. We were there for Doctor visits and they allowed us to check in early so we could nap in between appointments (which was a huge help...Room was very comfortable.

Its a nice hotel in a great location downtown. Very close to Lucas Oil Stadium and Circle Center Mall. Its a little dated and could use an update in the rooms and fitness center. Its lost a little of its overall attractiveness in recent years. Still a quality hotel and great place to stay. Pool was a tad cold.

Family Traveling with Young Children
Great hotel; we've stayed here many times. The pool's temperature was unacceptable, much worse than poor. We witnessed three (3) different times in which children (swimmers) jumped in & began seizing due to the extreme frigid water, then needing to be rescued from the water because they were helpless due to the temp. At one point, there were 0 (zero) people in the pool, and 43!!! people in the hot tub because no one dared to go. I am sure people complained, but that type of thing cannot be quickly fixed. The pool in general (temperature aside) is underwhelming, to be nice. Many families come to a hotel just for the pool, so we felt let down and disappointed, even though normally we like the hotel. ...

Nice hotel but rooms and bathrooms are not at the star level its given. Bathrooms not as clean as they should be as I found a couple of long hairs in the hand towels. Very disappointed of the size and the views were of a wall and hallways were people can see into the room. The pool looked nice but very small.
