Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Davenport Hotel And Tower
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. good service.
Great hotel. I will stay there again when I visit Spokane.

The location of the Davenport Tower is very central and convenient, but I won't stay at the Tower again. For the money, you get less than you do at 3.5 star hotels in Spokane. Rooms are very small, windows don't open, weird African animal paintings on the walls, 1/2 price happy hour cocktails are nice, but just try finding a seat. No coffee maker, mini-fridge in room. Three tiny drawers for clothes so husband had to keep clothes in his suitcase. And it was $136 bidding on Priceline, which is only $4 less than the price advertised on the hotel's website. Won't do that again! ...

It was relaxing, and I like that they provide bathrobes for the guests in the rooms. They are doing their part to "go green" by providing lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in wall dispensers rather than in travel size bottles.

The Davenport Tower provided a wonderful stay in Spokane. We had excellent attentive service from the valet, restaurant, and the front desk. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service without being too stuffy. The location in Downtown Spokane can't be beat. There are many restaurants and shops in convenient walking distance. The hotel restaurant offered a great menu for breakfast and late night. The double queen room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable. The only thing my room lacked were enough outlets to charge my electronics (computer, cell phones, i-pod, etc.). Overall, the service, convenience and amenities made this a delightful stay.

We stayed in the newer section of this hotel. It was very sterile and not warm or welcoming. They are trying to be very green, but in order to turn on the bathroom lights, you have to use your room key. Not convenient at all. One of the casinos and most of the restaurants allow smoking which is horrible if you don't smoke. You cannot take a drink from one place to another in the hotel without being stopped by security. Not really patron friendly. ...

The hotel was very well decorated and the meal specials were a very good deal. The tower has a safari theme and the main hotel has a very upscale and old historical feel. The ballrooms and upper walk ways were full of old photos that you could browse almost like a museum. I saw pictures of royalty, presidents and world record breakers. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the Spokane area. ...
