Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Davenport Hotel And Tower

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The hotel was beautiful and we received the royal treatment from the minute we rolled into valet parking. The room was luxurious, spacious, and clean. The front desk folks were very helpful with finding great places to eat and to visit in downtown Spokane

I liked that there was a Starbucks type counter in the hotel and the pastries looked amazing and different than the usual Starbucks items.
The parking was inconvenient and the spaces were very small. Unless you choose valet you park across the street from the hotel and have to huff your luggage across an intersection. And to have to pay to park on top of both those things is poor.

The hotel was nice and very open downstairs even with a restaurant and coffee bar. The reception desk was incredibly helpful and they got us situated very quickly and when we had an issue about how we wanted the room charged after we had already checked out they took care of it without hesitation, no questions asked. The room itself was very decent and we felt comfortable that there were no bed bugs or ickiness on the beds. There was some hair on the bathroom floor and they didn't provide additional toiletries besides the shampoo and conditioner on the wall of the shower but otherwise it was clean and comfortable and roomy for the kids to run around in. ...read more

Hotel was beautiful, quiet, and very comfy beds.
Charged 15.00 per night for parking. Also, was charged 50 per person per day upon registration for incidentals but was not told my visa had been charged. Staff explained that was their policy and would account would be updated at check out, and it was.

Beautiful hotel and we stayed in the Tower building as suggested by gentleman at front desk. I appreciated the newer rooms though the historic building was inviting and charming I preferred updated facility across the street. Close to restaurants and shopping mall and for a small town like Spokane I was very impressed with this hotel.

The beds are awesome. Staff is great as well.
We were in a basic room in the tower this time, I prefer a more comfortable chair for lounging.

The staff is incredibly well trained from front desk to bartenders. That usually indicates top notch management which always results in a great overall experience. And the beds are awesome. This last stay at the Davenport we were in one of the basic rooms in the tower they can be a little small, very ice but small.

The location was fantastic. The building and restaurants were amazing.
For the price of the rooms there was no microwave or refrigerator unless you requested them with additional charges. The bathroom when we arrived had hair in the sink and the ice bucket was completely covered in pop stains.

This is not a cheap hotel with minimal ammenities for the money. I would reccomend a holiday inn before I would put my dog up in this over priced blunder of a hotel. I give this hotel a 2 star rating.

The hotel is very clean. Great location. We walked around the main Davenport Hotel and really enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the Ballrooms.
No complaints here.

The most memorable part of our stay was walking through the main Davenport Hotel. All the Ballrooms are open to the public to view and the Christmas decorations are awesome. It was a one night get-a-way for my wife and I, before Christmas and we plan on making it an annual event. The room we stayed in was very clean and cozy. Loved the shower.

The location of this hotel is downtown Spokane and is very convenient. The staff were very knowledgable and very hospitable. The breakfast was excellent. The towels were thick and fluffy; the bed was very comfortable; the room was very quiet; the eleva
Wish there was a little fridge in the room. There was no coffee machine in the room, but the Starbucks coffee was readily available in the main lobby.

The location was very desirable being right downtown Spokane and is close to excellent restaurants and shopping. The valet parking is almost a must but is very convenient. Our breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet; the bed was comfortable; the sheets and towels were of very good quality; the TV was high definition; and we would definitely stay here again. The only thing lacking was a fridge in the room. ...read more
