Yes , I didn't realize priceline would take the entire amount of the stay 2 days before cjecking in.
All great service. Especially the guys hailing van for ud. They were all very pleasant.

Within walking distance of shopping on Michigan Avenue. Beautiful lake view from our window. Very quiet. Bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel is the C' de Or bar downstairs and our bartender Karl.
Front desk was not friendly. Room was not cleaned the first night because we left the room about 2:00 p.m. Had to call for fresh towels 3 times. Bell captains were generally friendly.
The location is great.

The friendly staff and great service. We also had a nice view from our room.
Our room was really small and my body was itchy days after staying at the hotel. Also we booked a King size bed, but end up getting a Queen size bed.
The decor of the Drake is beautiful as expected. The staffs are very friendly and professional. The location is easy to get to and convenient to have our car valet. We walked over to Rosebud Steakhouse for dinner and walked to a bar in the Gold Coast for friend's birthday. My body got itchy the day after and is still itchy. However, my husband wasn't itchy. I must have an allergic reaction towards something in their bed. But overall, our experience was very pleasant. ...

The staff was great...very welcomming and really made us feel like we were a part of the Drake family. all around very helpful and friendly. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. A greta staff.
The coffee maker in our room wasn't cleaned before we arrived.At dinner one night, my wife found paper in her soup. We received an apology from the manager that there was a foreign object in it. I expected the meal to be comped, but it was not.
Overall the hotel was great. Clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful.

The staff was excellent the check-in personnel went out of the way to accommodate our party. Great location
It is an old historic hotel & our bathroom had no fan, the ice machine on our floor was out of order and a few small maintenance issues.
The location was fantastic we were able to walk to all the places we needed an cabs are always available. The Drake hotel is beautiful and full of history. Park down the street to save a bit of money but don't forget to get the parking ticket punched at the hotel for the savings!
