Beautiful... clean... spacious rooms...beautiful lobby with piano or harp playing when dining room open.
Concierge was not very helpful.... staff in general not all that friendly.

Drake Hotel is a historic property that is beautiful piece of architecture. Located across Oak Street Beach and a block from Michigan Avenue.
The room was oddly shaped and the washrooms could use a bit of updating.

Clean and friendly staff.
No free wifi or breakfast.
Hotel looked very upscale and was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. I used the parking garage down the street because it was cheaper. It would have been nice to have free wifi and breakfast included. It also did not have a refrigerator or microwave. I was very happy with the hotel and our stay, especially for the price.

Great location.
Construction in front. We had to use a rollaway because we only had one bed, and they could not give us a room with two beds. And the bathroom was tiny.
The hotel was lovely. Also, it was in a great location. We were happy with the hotel.
