Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Eliot Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The hotel was perfect! From the moment you entered to the time you left. We wanted a boutique hotel and that is exactly what we got! We loved it and we will be back again. Best location
Bathroom was a bit snug but nothing that bother us.

The hotel was perfect from the location to the room. The staff was most friendly and very helpful. We walked everywhere! We wanted a boutique hotel, we don't like the standard hotel feel and this was just elegant and perfect! We will be back again!

The room was spacious, and well appointed. All the employees were extremely helpful, and courteous. The location was perfect---just a block away from Newbury Street.

fantastic rooms, i quite loved the shower. complimentary high-speed internet, luxe bed linens, everything was perfect. but the hotel staff were certainly the best part. i will definitely come back and recommend to all colleagues/friends/family.

there is daytime construction going on behind the rear of the building but if you're traveling for business/visiting on vacation i doubt you will be in your room during the day. the 1BR suites are fantastic, with a generous size closet, plenty of natural light from the large windows, and a well-stocked mini bar! the hotel staff is by far the best part of the eliot, they are so kind and helpful and are to be applauded for their work! ...read more

Suites are wonderful and are why we usually chose the Eliot when we are in Boston
No

Great Boston Back Bay location that is hard to beat. Great restaurant with helpful staff. It would be a great convenience to have the option of a newspaper drop but not a big deal

Room was very nice, comfortable - only exception was the very noisey air conditioner/heater. Staff was very attentive and professional.

Hotel presents classic, traditional, relaxed, quiet small hotel style - and delivers on that promise particularly well. Very convenient to Newberry Street, MIT and BU campus's, as well as the museums, and other shopping. Staff is great. Very nice dining available - though only smapled breakfast. The only disappointment was the very noisey airconditioner/heater - a rather significant flaw in an otherwise very gracious setting with uniformly fine staff. ...read more

Beautiful, romantic and location.
NA.

We where placed in a room that was under a kitchen and next to a kitchen. Noisy and less then desirable. We did not get a 3 plus star room.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, service was very good.
Refill bathroom items, small lobby. Exercise area in hotel? No coffee in room. Parking is expensive $38/night.

I would go to the Elliot again.

Though my stay was too brief, the hotel was well-located with beautiful, comfortably appointed rooms.
No.

The Eliot Suite Hotel offers quiet respite in the heart of Boston steps from Newberry Street. The rooms are elegantly appointed and the staff attentive. I loved the cookies left at night and the mixologist in the downstairs bar is terrific. I would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers, couples or families.
