Family Traveling with Teens
Very good location for shopping and sight seeing just off Wacker Drive. Tough to get to Lake shore for a run. Great Sushi Bar and room service. Hotel lobby and rooms were very nice and updated. Hallways on floors were a bit tired.

have to pay $15 per day for Internet, $10 per visit for gym, $30 for fridge.

I tally what
I need to pay so
I can use all the amenities that comes standard in other hotels,
I might as well just have booked it directly to the hotel or elsewhere. I hope I am wrong. Even the pillows (feather - in fairness) were so tiny that they almost turn totally flat as soon as
I lay my head on. Meanwhile, going to another colleague's hotel, the pillows (feather also) were twice the size in my hotel and much fluffier. Felt very sorry for myself paying less but much of the comfort and amenities taken away. I am not so sure if bidding for a hotel is a good idea if you want to be comfortable after a long day at work and fly. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
We had two rooms for 4 adults 2 children, moved rooms 3 times, but in the end the hotel made it right. Gave us the suite which was awesome. Thank you for your outstanding service.

This hotel was perfect. The room and bathroom were just amazing. Decorate very nice and all upgraded. It was really great. No complaints at all. Exceeded my expectations 100%. The location was perfect to everything. We stayed for a night for NYE and would stay any other night of the year.

Family Traveling with Teens
Overall an excellent hotel. Very clean and very nice furnishings. Friendly staff. It was nice having a separate bath tub from the shower to soak after walking all day.
