The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and gracious. I was upgraded to a double queen suite that overlooked the bay and golden gate bridge. I was also granted a late check-out for me and my car.

Staff was wonderful and the christmas decorations ate fabulous
Just the $62 for parking is a bit steep and automatically charging $114 to a credit/debit card for incidentals isn't right. It was credited back but a little excessive.

The Fairmont is a classic hotel, centrally located. The walls are pretty thin but everyone was really respectful so no issue's. I would stay there again.

The beds were excellent and the tonga bar in the basement was so awesome.
Parking was an extra costly expense that I wasn't expecting.

I loved this hotel. It was high class on all levels. Very clean and staff was very friendly. I love the tonga bar!

Elegant hotel with lots of history! Rooms are clean and comfortable, lobby is gorgeous, nice restaurants and coffee bar in the hotel.
Hotel is at the top of steep hill.

Facilities were awesome. The roof top garden overlooking the city was beautiful.
It was expensive. One cheeseburger cost us 34$ to order it in the room.

Wonderful getaway.
