TV did not work took 25 minutes to have someone fix it, also there was a fork under the bed sheets in the middled of the bed.

Family Traveling with Teens
I like the Grand view because it is not just a hotel. It's a small apartment and if one does not want to go out and eat there is a kitchen for cooking and storing food. This is good especially if you travel with children.

Senior Travelers
Great hotel overall. We love most everything about it. They do not have free WiFi, but do provide 15 minute internet access in a room with about 8 computers. They do plan on adding more, but it was usually about a fifteen minute wait. All hotels have free WiFi now and they should too. We do plan on staying at this same property next year.

Nice size rooms for the price, but the furnishings/decor was very old and out-dated. Old TV and the room included a 1990's era boom-box that didnt work. Nice in-room jacuzzi tub but extremely noisy and you could hear the other tubs from the above floor. Very friendly staff. Easy check-in/out.

Nice location off the strip. Family friendly, very clean, and quiet. If you don't have a car it can get pricey though for cabs and shuttle service. I would probably stay here again.
