Nice location, good amenities, right downtown, ease of access to restaurants etc. Fun, and inviting.

When we got there they put us in a room with only one bed even though we had reserved a room with two beds. So back down to the lobby we went and got a new room. I wish that they would invest in some blinds for there windows that would make an attempt to keep the morning sun out for those of us who do not wish to arise at the crack of dawn. Also when I got home I found that they had billed me for something in there lounge, a lounge that I have never been to. And so far they have made no effort to correct this billing error. ...

I had to turn TV up loudly to drown out noisy neighbors, finally quieted down at 2:00 am. Front desk gave someone else our room key and they tried to get in at midnight.

Service was very average. Comfort of room was nice. Location is great. Located near very good food places. Newly converted rooftop bar and patio is a must see.

Upon arrival we waited in line for registration; I had a reservation so it was smooth. There was one working elevator and many people crowded into the lobby waiting for rooms. We waited in the pub for a little while, then went up to the room...opened the door and the room was a disaster! Unmade bed, full garbage cans, this room had not been cleaned! returned to the front desk and waited another ~45 minutes for them to clean our room, barely. To us it appeared as though they made the bed and emptied the garbage. A partial roll of TP in the bathroom. Very discouraging. ...

This hotel charged us $40 for 2 movies in the room. The room was not cleaned well considering we were there for 2 nights. The sheets were not the right size for the mattress, did not stay on. After traveling all day looking forward to comfortable room only to find out the air did not work and we had to have it repaired, we had to leave the room. The bathroom was so small the the toilet seat was not able to even be up all the way. It was all in all a bad hotel experience. I was glad to leave. ...

Our room was very small - no walking space, the elevator was broken when we were checking out so we had to carry our luggage down from the 5th floor and the parking lot was a block down which wasn't so bad but there was construction right in front of the hotel, so we had to walk around it which was a big hassle.
