The location was very central. I was surprised how affordable the hotel was considering its proximity to city center and being as nice as it was.
no complaints.

The room and the hotel as a whole has lots of charm. They deliver breakfast to your room at no extra charge! I appreciated this extra amenity as a time saver in getting my day started. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and helpful, a great start to a visit to Philadelphia. The hotel's central location made it convenient to many attractions and great restaurants.

The location was great. Very central and convenient.
The front desk was very abrupt with us upon arrival. While we were early for checkin, we didn't expect to get to our rooms. We simply wanted to leave our bags. After a while, their tone softened somewhat and we were lucky that the rooms were available.

Its a nice hotel and appears very chic. But the fixtures are a bit dated, the cleanliness is not that great (lip stick on my water glasses) and it is noisy (loud, shrieking children).

The room itself was very nice.
The bathroom was freezing cold. Also, for two days in a row my wife and I didn't get everything we ordered for breakfast.

If you're going in the winter the bathrooms will be freezing cold.

The high ceilings in the room, just beautiful
There was nothing not to like.

It was our anniversary we walked around the city. Went to Capitol Grill for dinner, and stopped at local bars.When we left in the morning because we had to get the kids to school. I received a call from the hotel saying we left our IPAD the house keeper turned it in. I think not only does the hotel have character but the people who work there do too! Great room. Better than expected. Great staff. Was greeted warmly, and checkout was super easy with the manager making a point to ask me to return at some point in the future.

Great boutique hotel which exceeded expectations.Very trendy and cool rooms that were extremely clean and neat. Sleeping was easy as it was very quiet. would return.

Unique and boutique interior.

Very accommodating and intimate, extremely easy to locate, parking right across the street, surrounded by tons of restaurants and bars,
great location for my boyfriend's first trip to Philadelphia.

We loved the style and layout of the room.
There was some street noise at night.

I was very excited to try a boutique hotel, and this one met all my expectations! There were reviews about "club" noise that we didn't hear, though there was street noise. It was clean, the room was a great space, a great location (one way for historic sightseeing, the other for museums), and great restaurants nearby as well as well as easy access to public transportation.
