Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Inn At Deep Canyon
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 3, 2013
This is a small, cozy hotel. We were there for Stagecoach, as were most of the guests, and had a great time

When we checked into The Inn at Deep Canyon we were informed a group had completely booked the rooms. When asked why we had not been informed prior to check-in the response was because we had booked through Priceline the hotel had only our reservation confirmation and not a contact phone number. We were walked to the International Hotel next door and assigned a room there. The room was completely unacceptable: dirty, old, and in need of maintenance. The air conditioner was very noisy,as in a worn bearing, and when turned on emitted a musty, moldy smell. Everything about the room and situation was unacceptable to us. Within an hour we checked out of the Inn at Deep Canyon and into acceptable accommodations.
I am demanding a full refund from Priceline.

Great location with barbecue, pool, and nice place for the money. The hotel is older but we were impressed by the cleanliness, good bed, nice towels, and friendly staff. We would stay there again.

No good. Choose a different one because there is plenty in this area. Unless you are ok with 1980s decor. I have never left a negative review before but this one deserved it!

I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Palm Desert area. It was clean and comfortable. The owner/manager was more than helpful answering all questions and super friendly to all. There was a nice continental breakfast in the morning with bagels & danish, etc.

I had a kitchenette suite, older, but I would rather be here than any 4 star hotel room. Very nice people run it. Great Location. Wonderful experience.
