The Jade Hotel

I stayed at the Jade Hotel six days after it opened. It is because of this reason that I did not give the hotel 10's across the board. There were minor glitches and kinks throughout my stay that needed to be worked out. That being said the staff was always apologetic when minor issues came up. For instance the phone was not working in the room we were originally assigned. To make up for this we were instantly moved to a better room for the minor hastle. The rooms were very nice and stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not open when I was there, therefore I have nothing to comment on this front. They were accomdating when I arrived two hours ahead of my check-in time (no, they did not check us in right away)and stored my bags until the check-in time of three.
