Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Jewel Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The location was the best, however I loved that they had a complimentary specialty coffee machine that I didn't have to go to Starbucks everyday to get my fix. The water bottle access on every floor was also a big hit!

The location was great. It was obvious that the hotel was "green".
The size of the room was a bit too small.

Room was small and cute. Enough room for two people. Christine was awesom.she let me use her umbrella to go see a play. Staff was very friendly

Small rooms. There is a fee for parking.

The fact that for once when I named my own price on Priceline for a 4 star hotel, I actually got a 4 star. The hotel was worth the stay!

Staff was super!

This hotel had the most friendly staff. The room was amazing and clean. I definitely would recommend and stay here again. Great hotel!
No. Everything was GREAT!

This hotel is directly across from Rockefeller Center. The hotel is clean, the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I live in Brooklyn but stayed here for work purposes. The room was immaculate and clean and very nice.

The location was fabulous, and the room was lovely. We were just astonished at how very small the room was. Perhaps it would have been sufficient for one person, but definitely not for two.
Just the very small size of the room

Couldn't ask for a better location. Had a private club at our disposal. Everything was wonderful, except for the extremely small size of the room. Two people for three days, and we had four hangers in an itty-bitty armoire.

Location was great.
I was with a friend and not my husband, so we were bummed to hear the hotel had NO rooms with 2 beds which priceline never mentions. They sent up a roll away bed taking up most the floor space. Then we had to switch rooms b/c the grout in shower was wet!

We over paid for sure. With all the inconvenience the matre de should have offered some compensation. The room is very small and all rooms have one bed!

Great location. Right across from Rockefeller center.

The Jewel is owned by Club Quarters and shares some floors. I don't know if we were on a Jewel floor or a Club Quarters floor, but based on my experience I would definitely consider a Club Quarters in the future. There was no lobby, but the staff was nice and they had a lounge floor with a cappuccino machine and an Internet connection and a printer to print boarding passes.

We did not stay at The Jewel. Instead we were sent over to Club Quarters which we were assured was identical. I am not sure if that is true or not, but I was disappointed in my priceline experience.

Great location.
The rooms were unbelievably small and felt more like nice dorm rooms than a 4-star hotel. The staff was generally friendly, but sent a friend to the wrong hotel when she tried to check in. We also asked for a hair dryer that was never delivered.
