Room size is unusually small. Would have liked a small continental breakfast on lounge floor to accompany the coffee bar.

Maybe I misunderstood, I thought this said 4 star. This was a small, dark hole of a room where my cell phone didn't even work. The room phone didn't work either, the bathroom fixtures were loose. I would not stay here again.

I'm not sure why this has so many good reviews, maybe I just had a terrible room. Don't get a room on the lower level facing the inside. I really think the worst part was not having a working cell phone or working room phone.

Super clean and pleasant, friendly staff. We were upgraded when we walked in. The room was larger than I expected and the bed was very comfy. Check out was at noon, which was nice! We will definitely stay here again.

Close to shopping, Times Square, drug store down the block, many restaurants nearby, restaurants at the hotel, computer lounge, gym, washer and dryer available. Movies on demand, pull out sofa, quiet!

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean and great location. Free WiFi and water was a nice bonus.
No fans or vents in the bathroom. It would get very hot.
