Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Kahala Hotel And Resort
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.February 18, 2013

the dolphins here are super friendly and will win you over. they seem well loved. the beach is pretty and cabanas plentiful. we arrived v early and still had to wait until quite late to check-in though they wer not full as they claimed. also given 2 double beds when requested a king. frette linens nice but they should have sprung for better mattresses and pillows instead. not a heavenly bed! Tons of Japanese tourists, mostly families which makes it less romantic and more like Disneyworld. They even have menus in Japanese as well as Japanese dishes for every meal. The food part I liked a lot! V tasty. A person on staff asked us our room number (while we were waiting for our room and exhausted) which I found unfriendly. Place has potential. ...
