It has a real, old-world charm. The furniture in my room was made of beautiful, inlaid wood. The roof has a restaurant with an awesome view. The staff were wonderful. I appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room, and the free wi-fi. Cabs on hand

Very quiet and comfortable room. Love the free guest pass to NY Health & Fitness Club.
Common spaces on lobby level are cramped, especially the "business center", which is really a "business cubicle".

Good uptown location close to reasonable dining (Cafe Metro is just around the corner) at Lexington. Staff very polite and helpful. All around a good value.

Ask to not be on the second floor. It is in NY so it was very loud and there was not a sound machine to drown out the street traffic. They are also doing construction on the street so I woke up to people right outside my window and a drilling into my wa

I love this hotel. This was my third time there. I choose it when the rates are on the lower side. The room was fantastic. It was a suite. The hotel is clean, the room was on the 29th floor with a balcony. I just love this hotel. Can't say it enough.

ALL staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I have absolutely no complaints about The Kimberly. Room were spacious, clean and beautifully-decorated. The bellmen were especially friendly and professional. Definitely will be staying here again.

Large suite, in-room amenities were also quite nice. Robe was wonderful.
AC unit in bedroom did not work properly. Had it been hotter outside, I would have been very upset.

Size of suite, cleanliness, amenities and helpfulness of staff were what you would expect from 4 Star
+ lodging. Unfortunately, the AC in the bedroom was not working properly and ice was not easily available. Otherwise, it would have been an almost perfect stay.

Perfect location and a very generous size room.
Inconsistent newspaper service in the mornings, and daily complimentary bottled water was not replenished after day 1.

Excellent hotel in an outstanding location. The room was large and comfortable and exceeded my expectations.
