Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Langham Boston
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 16, 2013

older hotel, not for weak stomache. more like a weird suburban hilton. rooms are heavily worn and the bed size is only queen with a priceline purchase. bathroom just below average most 3 star hotels are much nicer. good for business men with an impressive lobby and located right in the financial district. not good for couples or families.

Greeting enthusiastically at front desk even though used 3rd party booking which was great. Turndown service w/ yummy chocolates and next day's weather. Concierge helpful. Maids helpful when asked for extra sugars, creamers. Sunday paper delivered to door in morning. Stayed for Sunday brunch at about 60$ pp. Was a treat for my two teenage daughters and me. Unbelieveable and worth every penny. Foods I have never seen before presented beautifully. About every fifteen minutes someone would come to table to see if everything was ok. A very nice splurge after getting a great deal on the room rate. Top notch hotel in every aspect. Only one word: WOW! ...
