Great location and very nice looking hotel
Failed to be greeted with a smile by any employee of this hotel besides the Doorman. His was the only friendly and happy face we saw.

Our room was lovely. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the availability of the hot tub. I loved that our bed was ready for us after a long day.

The parking was very expensive!

very old , lamps in room were tarnished and dusty. 2 oil/grease stains on bedskirt-ew! not 5 star, maybe 3.75. the window had a leak and stained the ceiling. te bathroom caulking was dirty. no pillows or blankets in the closet. no mouthwash. room935

older hotel, not for weak stomache. more like a weird suburban hilton. rooms are heavily worn and the bed size is only queen with a priceline purchase. bathroom just below average most 3 star hotels are much nicer. good for business men with an impressive lobby and located right in the financial district. not good for couples or families.

This was a beautiful hotel and the cleanest I have been in. I was impressed by the little touches, turning down the bed at night, fresh ice in the ice bucket, newspaper in the morning.
I took advantage of the spa and found the area not as relaxing as it could have been and very noisy.

This is a perfect hotel to stay in clean, convenient and friendly

Outstanding customer service. Room, bed, towels, perks, excellent. Fitness facilities excellent.
No recycling and limited "green" considerations.

Greeting enthusiastically at front desk even though used 3rd party booking which was great. Turndown service w/ yummy chocolates and next day's weather. Concierge helpful. Maids helpful when asked for extra sugars, creamers. Sunday paper delivered to door in morning. Stayed for Sunday brunch at about 60$ pp. Was a treat for my two teenage daughters and me. Unbelieveable and worth every penny. Foods I have never seen before presented beautifully. About every fifteen minutes someone would come to table to see if everything was ok. Beautiful well appointed room. Staff was fantastic. Great location with a short walk to the waterfront and Faneuil Hall and other sites.

Awesome luxury hotel in Boston. Reserve the Saturday Chocolate buffet if possible!
