After we arrived from a day of traveling, we were approached by the front desk. The front desk man told us that our room was not the king-size bed we requested, but instead a pull-out sofa. A pull-out sofa for $315, I'm sorry, I might as well of driven to a Holiday Inn. I wasn't in the mood to tell him I was disappointed, but I think it's very poor service to wait until the party shows up to tell them this news. They didn't offer us any type of discount on the room or anything. horrible stay and will not be going back.

The hotel was nice. Front desk tried to charge my room 4 times for full amount, even though room was prepaid. Credit card company issued fraud alert and shut down my card. Check you charges immediately with this group. Waited for my rental car for 30 minutes because desk had not transmitted that I had paid for parking. Parking is extremely high even for Boston.
