Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Lenox
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 11, 2012

From the moment we arrived in our taxi to when we left, the service was impeccable. The hotel entrance is beautiful. Very nice restaurant and bar. I was surprised at how spacious and well thought-out the room was. We had a great room on the eighth floor. I've stayed in many nice (4 and 5 star) hotels, but this experience was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend the Lenox and will stay there every time I go to Boston. ...

Excellent Location!! Walking distance to almost everything. Hotel staff was courteous, friendly, and professional. The rooms were very clean. Could not have asked for a nicer hotel or a better lodging experience.

I loved the hotel (lobby, location), but I reserved a room with a king sized bed. They took us to a room with 2 beds, and when I called to tell them it was wrong they moved us to a much smaller room with stained carpet. The first time it was in Miami. Very disappointing. What's the point of paying for upgrades and selecting rooms if they will not be reserved when you get there?

This boutique gem treats its guests as if they are royalty. In addition to the superb quality of amenities, their green orientation, and delicious breakfasts, including fresh raspberries, their service is unique. Every staff person goes out of his/her way to personalize the guest experience and provide for one's needs, even such strange requests as getting me a new tube of superglue to seal a split in my finger. Thank you Hotel Lenox. I shall be sure to return! ...

The Lenox is a beautiful hotel located in the Back Bay area of Boston. The room I stayed at was attractive and very clean. I had a queen sized bed, which was soft and comfortable. There was a very nice fireplace in the lobby as well.
