Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Lenox

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very helpful staff. Great location.
A few maintenance issues, such as the television not working optimally. Otherwise, everything ran well.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent location, but what really sets the Lenox apart is the staff. By far the most accommadating, friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of staying with.

This hotel had excellent customer service and the staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent and it is convenient to the Prudential Center, Fenway Park, and subway stations.
No-There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel. Everything was great!!

Our stay at the Lenox Hotel was excellent and we will make plans to stay there again in the future. We were there the day that it opened after the horrific terrorist attack at the marathon and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful after everything they had been through in the last week. The hotel had just opened and the staff had such wonderful attitudes and were so happy to be back in business. The hotel room was really nice and we were extremely satisfied. We ate dinner at the Irish pub on the ground floor of the hotel and the food and drinks were also great. We also used the fitness room the next morning of our stay and were very satisified with the equipment and the complimentary bottled water, towels, and headphones for the TV's. You don't usually have bottled water in the fitness rooms in hotels and this was very much appreciated. The location was also excellent and we were a couple of blocks from the Prudential Center, subway station, and many stores and restaurants. The day that we checked out we were going to a Boston Red Sox game and the hotel let us keep our bags there and our car with the valet service. This was so helpful because there wasn't much convenient public parking after the events of the week. We also walked to the baseball game and it was about a 15 to 20 minute walk and very convenient. This was our first time staying at this hotel and I highly recommend it. ...read more

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had nice touches, such as free coffee in the lobby every morning, free tea in the afternoon, free bottles of water in the hotel room, and a turn down service with chocolates every night.
I enjoyed my stay here. If I had one complaint, the room was a little small. Otherwise I had no issues at all.

Older hotel that has been renovated. The room was a little small but very nice and clean. Very helpful staff and convenient location in Copley about 1 block from the T station. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Rooms were immaculate. Very pleased with the condition of the hotel especially considering the age of the building.

Very clean rooms, polite staff and decorated nicely.
It was a little warm in the room but I guess at certain times of the year the air conditioning is turned off or it just didn't work.

Great hotel, fabulous location.
No, there was nothing that fell below our expectations.

The best thing about the hotel is the history and the fact that after so many years, it's still running in the same high quality that I imagine it always has run. It's "old world elegance" is the reason we keep going back to the Lenox.
