Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Magnolia Hotel Denver

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Beautiful room, great friendly staff. LOVE their FREE HAPPY HOUR and milk and cookies before bed. Would definitely stay here again. Great location and value.
The food (free breakfast) was not very good, but I got what I paid for!

The shower pressure was very low, so be prepared for that. Also, you have to pay for parking. The free breakfast was not good. But the bed was very comfy, the towels were soft, the toiletries were nice and the hotel is beautifully decorated.

Nice staff. Clean room. End of positives. This is like Circus Circus in Vegas. Seriously. Drunks everywhere. Smokers everywhere, even in the elevator. Nice hotel stuck in Lousyville filled with Lousies.
Noisy, especially if you are in an inside corridor room over car port. Ridiculous echo. I heard waaay too much from the drunks smoking below, and we were on the fifth floor! Made me wonder if they were screwing Priceline and Travelocity folks with crap.

Noisy. Lots of parties. Smokers everywhere. Nice wine and cookie feature. Nice staff. But too many butts.

I had a suite, and I loved it. very open and cozzy! Warm, welcoming, modern décor.
The Windows didn't open.. I know its a safety thing. But also the bathrooms didn't have fans. Just got a little stuffy at times.

Good location. Very helpful staff. A well done remodel. Great value for this hotel.

Loved the suite upgrade. Great sized room and clean. Staff was very friendly.
The reasons that i did not give this hotel 9 or 10 stars is because: First, the room service (tortilla soup) was sour and tasted horrible, during checkout they would not refund me. The second, housecleaning person came into our room at 8am.

Overall the Magnolia was a great hotel except for not being compensated for bad food. I would recommend the Magnolia to anyone who is looking for a relaxing atmosphere, great sized rooms, great service.

Theroom itself was not bad
i was honestly dissapointed with a few things. i was supposed to have somethings delivered at 8 o clock and i had to call to remind them to to deliver them. the platter that was brought o the room tasted days old and upset mine and my partners stomachs.

i will proabably not be returning to this hotel. the reviews of it are misleading and the details are as well. the staff yet nice was not very attentive and did not seem to be to pleased when we asked them for some assistance. i was expecting to have a nice quiet romantic evening with my fiance and it turned out to to be a disaster.

Free shuttle (a nice Suburban) to take you anywhere within 2 miles!! Free happy hour every day, free milk and cookies every night, great free breakfast every morning!
Actually there was nothing, everything was beyond my expectations.

This hotel is within walking distance of anything you would want. The number of free perks are outstanding. They upgraded my room to a suite for free upon check-in! (And it wasn't one of those scam upgrades where they try and bill you for it). Staff was great, prices in bar and for valet we're more than fair. This is the only hotel I've stayed at in Denver and i'm going to keep it that way~! ...read more

The room was exceptional, wished we could stay another night. Breakfast was great.
Just the location. Felt a little unsafe the last block of walking. Also, I don't think you should charge your guest so much for parking.

It was an incredible room and services for the price. Close to most attractions. Only negative was the price for parking and the fact that it is enough off the "beaten path" to feel a little unsafe walking back at night.

The room was amazing and more than we expected. We stayed in a single Queen bedroom and it was smaller than the double bed rooms, but plenty of space for two people comfortably. The location is right downtown; walking distance to anything you would need.

It is very nice that this hotel offered free breakfast. It was a nice spread including eggs, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, and fruit. I really like that this hotel is right downtown, just a block off 16th street. The staff was friendly and helpful and it's always nice to have valet parking downtown! I would definitely stay there again!
