THE ROOM ALTHOUGH A BIT SMALL WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED 3 BLOCKS FROM TIME SQUARE AND WAS VERY CLEAN AND COZT. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL.

Great location a block or two away from Times Square. Staff was very, very friendly and gave us a room upgrade for free which was wonderful. Our room was attractive in decor and had all of the amenities. Not a view but room super quiet.

The room was very clean The staff was great.
The room was pretty small. The bathroom was even smaller. My biggest complaint was maintaining a comfortable room temperature. It was pretty warm requiring me to open the windows to get the temperature down.
Great location, great staff and very clean. On the downside was the room size and poor climate control.

The location was perfect, the staff outstanding and the experience great. Would go back.
When I booked through priceline I put down 3 people and was booked into a double room. I had to pay extra for the upgrade and I was not thrilled by that. That seems fraudulent on your part.
Room wasn't huge and bathroom is tiny. Could use a little more light.

Staff was polite, helpful and responsive.
Rooms provided to Priceline users (and we reserved 2 rooms) were adequate only. Beds are only double (full) size and not at least queen. Showers were small. No in-room controlled climate control provided.
The location of the hotel is the only direct positive. Given the age of the hotel, and despite the obvious renovations which were handled quite well, there is an overall claustrophobic feel to the hallways, elevators and the rooms. No in-room controlled climate control provided. That said, the hotel staff was very polite and helpful and allowed us to quickly change rooms given that the bed frame was quite wobbly. Use this hotel if you want to stay centrally located to many of the draws of the city but be prepared to compromise other amenities you would expect in more modern hotels. ...

The staff couldn't have been more welcoming--
The room was incredably small , even with an upgrade--the black paint trimmed doors in the rooms and the lighting made it feel like being in a cave

The room was unbearably small. There is no way more than one person could stay in the room. It was not functional with no real storage space, no proper restaurant, bad decor and lighting, run down
Don't stay here if you need to say more than one night. It is more like 2.5 stars - definitely not 4 stars!

Bed sagged in the middle, toilet ran every 5 minutes. Told the girl at the front desk and she gave my the oppinion she didn't really care. Rooms are small.
