Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Maxwell Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

This hotel was simply nice. It's situated in the heart of the Seattle theater district, close to the Space Needle. The staff were friendly and so helpful in pointing out the shuttle stops. The pub/restaurant had super pizza. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The beds were nice and the pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom itself was huge and the shower spacious. Would definitely stay here again. ...

The website said that the hotel was less than a mile from the Amtrak station. This is not the case. So glad we arranged for the hotel shuttle to pick us up.

Great location, staff was very friendly, easy check in and spacious rooms. I will definitely be staying here in the future. The pizza at the restaurant was great too! Loved the edgy room decor! Free water and popcorn was a nice touch.

Free parking, friendly staff, free wifi, close proximity to tourist attractions and a few restaurants. Room had a DVD player and there's a redbox within walking distance.

Con: airport transportation (to and from) was inconvenient.

Great find in Seattle. The only problem was that wifi did not work in our room. We did not had a problem with wifi in the two other hotels we stayed at on the weekend nor last year when we stayed at numerous hotels in Europe. When we phone down to the front desk, the lady said something about us not having the most recent download but we do so they were not very helpful.
