The location to Times Square

We are more country people and this hotel was for the young crowd with it's black, white and chrome design.

Loved the hotel. Small and quiet yet close to Times Square.

Highly recommend this hotel for adults.

The hotel being in the heart of the city was very quiet. Being in walking distance to attractions.
I wish I knew about the price of parking.

Room was a good size.
The windows are not double paned, and you can hear everything especially on trash day!! its was horrible.

The bar and restaurant are really nce, but they had private events going on, so it really was unfortunate.

Very close to times square, friendly staff, walking distance to many restaurants, Broadway & stores.
Was not informed about construction in a building across the street. Very, very noisy!! Would not have booked this hotel!

Overall, The Muse is a very nice, clean & stylish hotel. The staff at the front desk and the Bellmen were very polite and helpful, especially David! The lobby is simply gorgeous, the pictures are true to form. If you are a coffee drinker; Beware! There are No Coffee Makers in the rooms, you must go downstairs in the lobby area to get your cup of brew. For the very high prices that you will pay to stay at this hotel, I think coffee makers should be in the rooms! Also, before you make your reservation, call ahead and ask if any construction is going on. I had a couple of sleepless nights because of the loud noise across the street. (The work is done at night! On a more positive note, the location of the Muse is fantastic, if you want to be up close and personal to Times Square, The NBC Studios, Broadway and so much more! ...read more

Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
Breakfast left something to be desired. No coffee maker in room and when I asked for one it didn't arrive until 9:30 AM and then with instant coffee!

The room smelled like cat urine and the in-room dining food was bad.
