Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Mutiny Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Our first room felt like a sardine can and had a great view of the parking garage. When we called to complain that the bedroom TV did not work someone was sent up to fix and realizing the cable box was not there simply said sorry. I called the desk asking to be moved, they moved us to the room next door and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I mean really reeked. Found leftover food in microwave and refrigerator. Room was not updated and consisted of a very very long hallway and a cracker box bedroom. Everything was dirty. When I told them the next morning at checkout, they waived the $25 parking fee. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Ruined ¿romantic¿ anniversary weekend. ...

This hotel is one of a kind in great location, friendly and helpful staff and in having most charming, clean and well equipped rooms. Coco Walk surrounded with good restaurants and breakfast places is just around the corner - 5 minutes walk. The hotel staff helped my friend who's luggage was lost from his previous flight to track the suitcase and get it delivered to the hotel just in time. The restaurant recommendation for the evening was excellent. This is a great place to be and I will definitely go back there. ...

We got off to a bumpy start. We made the reservation in January for a stay in late April, for our anniversary weekend. So, we booked a one bedroom deluxe suite with private balcony with bay view - since we were looking for romance. Upon our arrival we were told we were "upgraded" to a two bedroom suite. The "upgrade" was a dark ground level room, minimal decor, with a view of a tow away zone of the several story parking garage and alley, and the "patio" connected to a public walkway through the alley. We immediately called guest services and were told they would see what they could do and call us back. After waiting over half an hour, we decided to go back down to the lobby to make our presence known. After another half hour of being told they were completely sold out and the room we had received was in fact an "upgrade" since it had two bedrooms (there were only TWO of us by the way), they agreed to let us see a one bedroom they had "found" available. It was a seventh floor room, deluxe one bedroom suite with balcony, with bay view....just as we had reserved. After this, the stay was perfect. They sent up a bottle of champagne to apologize. The hotel was very clean, the new suite was nicely furnished. Pool was clean and WARM! Bartender was friendly and drinks were yummy! Had breakfast by pool, also nice. Would definitely return, but would be wary of any "upgrades" and TRIPLE check before arriving that we were receiving the room we booked! ...

This hotel had bed bugs, which I saw, and were verified by the hotel security. I was immediately transferred to a new hotel. The second hotel was unfortunately old, carpeted, and smelled.

This is not a non smoking place. Some of the units are individually owned and some of the owners smoke. Great location. Staff is nice.

I reserved a room for my anniversery. My room was upgraded to a two bedroom overloking Biscayne Bay. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the bay & the boats in the marina. I had several drinks from the bar in the hot tub. I was put off by the outside dining was next to the pool. Felt like I could not use the pool if someone was eating. Overall, an excellent experience. ...
