Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Nines, A Luxury Collection Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Great location right next to Macy's ! The Club Floor was outstanding. Very nice continental breakfasts in the morning served with not your standard fare, beer and wine available through out the day, cocktails with or devours after five and cordials' and dessert in the evening ! Walking distances to many fine restaurants' and the waterfront. Perfect for a anniversary or just a couples weekend. ...

The bar on top is great with view and all, but I liked the devilled eggs they serve on the 8th floor. OMG. You must try, ...not to get addicted to them.

Most definitely not what I expect from a high-end "luxury" hotel. Maybe the service was terrible for me because they were sucking up to the NBA team they were hosting that weekend? If you don't mind loud noises all through the night, not having any type of view, except for the restaurant 6 floors below, then you won't mind staying here.

This was one of the few rooms we could find in the City with two queen beds. The room was a good size and was comfortable and well furnished. The hotel was quiet and centrally-located. The staff was the gem of this hotel...they were friendly, helpful and outgoing. The staff made our stay fun and we would choose The Nines again.
