The Club Floor !
Small rooms for the price but the Club Floor made up for it.

Great location right next to Macy's ! The Club Floor was outstanding. Very nice continental breakfasts in the morning served with not your standard fare, beer and wine available through out the day, cocktails with or devours after five and cordials' and dessert in the evening ! Walking distances to many fine restaurants' and the waterfront. Perfect for a anniversary or just a couples weekend. ...read more

Turn down service is excellent. Room was great and service in the room.
Staff in Urban farm were not up to the hotel star level. Hostess looked us over. Waitress didn't give us option to sign to the room number. I guess the service depends on how cool you are dressed?! Public space is a bit too small.

Have lots of potential. Surprised it is 5 star

The staff was so helpful. A friend staying with me got sick one of the nights we stayed and one of the bell men walked her to get medicine at 1:30AM. They were super friendly and bent over backwards to help out.
The maid service was a little strange. They didn't come until later in the afternoon. When we returned one bed had been made and the other wasn't. They had left what looked like a dining linen of some sort with some slippers near the made bed.

Yes, Yes and Yes.
Loved everything

The bar on top is great with view and all, but I liked the devilled eggs they serve on the 8th floor. OMG. You must try, ...not to get addicted to them.

The best part of the hotel was the bed. One of the most comfortable I've slept in.
The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything going on in the rooms around you. And if you are in a interior facing room, you can hear everything going on in the restaurant downstairs, loud music until 2 am.

Most definitely not what I expect from a high-end "luxury" hotel. Maybe the service was terrible for me because they were sucking up to the NBA team they were hosting that weekend? If you don't mind loud noises all through the night, not having any type of view, except for the restaurant 6 floors below, then you won't mind staying here.

The central location and comfortable room were the things we liked best.
The upholstery in the room could use cleaning. The chaise and the stool in the bathroom were dirty.

This was one of the few rooms we could find in the City with two queen beds. The room was a good size and was comfortable and well furnished. The hotel was quiet and centrally-located. The staff was the gem of this hotel...they were friendly, helpful and outgoing. The staff made our stay fun and we would choose The Nines again.

Great location. Well-appointed room. I appreciated the evening turn-down service in addition to the regular cleaning.
I do like me a nice tub. This room only had a shower. Also, it's sort of a creepy scene downstairs. Between the five valets (24/7, from what I can tell) various mafioso types and long-legged tens standing about, I didn't know what to ma

the parking is expansive at 39 per night and you pretty much have no other chose

i find that for the most part there is bottle water in the room, but not every time.
