The outdoor spaces were fantastic. Hotel was very nice, clean, great location and easy to get to main areas like Time Square and subway. Staff helped us get additional room night when I made a mistake on my reservation.
Front desk staff rarely greeted us when we left and arrived at the property.

The OutNYC had incredibly helpful & friendly staff. It is like an oasis when you walk in. The experience permeates the whole visit-lobby, restaurant, room. It has a courtyard with lounge chairs and 2 hot tubs. They also have other facilities. Will return!

The OutNYC is located on the edge of Times Square. It is primarily a men's hotel. It is urban modern. When you first walk in, you feel like you've walked into an oasis. You are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff--all are pretty special hosts. The experience permeates as you go to your room, where you oversee a courtyard with lounge chairs and two hot tubs. The hotel also has a fitness center. The room is very modern; we did have a few issues with the cable TV and lighting in the bathroom, but they were addressed by the staff. Several staff really stood out--Calvin, Bronson, and Hugo; who made sure we had a very pleasurable stay. We will return! ...read more

The location couldn't be beat for our purposes during this stay
The hotel looks fabulous, very sleek and modern The bed was the most comfortable I've experienced But the loud bass beat emanating from the attached XL nightclub until 4:30 am made sleep impossible

Nothing. I didnt even stay, yet they charged me for my room anyway.I called to say i was driving home and not staying
I called them to let them know I would not make a convenient check in time and that i would end up just driving home that same night, they charged my card anyway and i didn't stay in the hotel. I would really like my money back. i have gas bills and food

Poor. I called a few times to straighten this all out and no call back yesterday or today.

The ambient noise at night is loud. Although we were not near the club, our room on the top (3rd) floor was vibrating from the music. Also, the noise from guests in adjacent rooms and the courtyard/hallway was loud.

This hotel was beautiful; secret atriums were original and funky. The design and decor were right up my alley. Absolutey loved it!

Great vibe fantastic location, was a complete surprise.
A little cold in winter as the rooms are off an open rooftop courtyard but would be amazing in summer, however the rooms themselves are very cosy.

Booked spur of moment when hurricane Sandybhit and other accommodation not available. I usually research extensively and was concerned but the hotel was a complete surprise - very cleaned and well presented and in a great location.
