The hotel rooms are absolutely fabulous! I have stayed here on my last 3 visits to Las Vegas and enjoy the ambience, location and the Grand Lux restaurant located right in the hotel! I plan to return in October and will most likely stay here again!
The fact that I was able to get a great rate on such a nice hotel was awesome. The staff at check-in was very friendly and even okayed a late check-out at the time of arrival versus most hotels require you request a late check-out on the morning of your departure. The hotel is conveniently located across the walkway from the Fashion Show Mall which include stores such as Nordstroms, Macy's, Saks and Nieman Marcus. There is also the Grand Lux restaurant located on the main level of the hotel. Great place to stay for the price! ...

I felt like I was in Italy and the hotel had everything to offer with out leaving your hotel. The staff was helpful and pleasant.
I felt welcome as soon as I check into my suite. The spa, service, food , Suite was unbelievable. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

We LOVED our room! I didn't want to leave it! I was there for business so I had to.
Getting a taxi over to the convention center took 30 minutes each morning. I was not expecting this kind of wait and it caused me to run late for the first morning.
