Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Palmdale Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(39) | Solo Traveler(27) | Traveling as Couple(29) | Family with Young Children(21) | Family with Teens(13) | Senior Traveler(10) | Group Traveler(5)

Zero complaints regarding this hotel! Excellent covers how we felt about everything! We come to the Lancaster/Palmdale area often and hands down this is where we will ALWAYS stay!

Location next to highway
The rooms seemed to be only partially remodeled. The tub had been renovated but the acrylic coating was peeling off in several places. The vending machines in the halls were very noisy. The towels were very thin. The bed covering had stains on it.
There is simply no way this hotel should be rated as a 3 star hotel. Although they have done some remodeling, the hotel is very dated and rundown. The hotel clientele is a somewhat rough crowd who were extremely noisy. I would rate his hotel as a 2-2.5 star hotel at the most.

proximity to highway
Stained bedding and floors, ripped pillow cases, ripped shower curtain, and noisy guests that woke us up at 4 am. They'd made a mistake and didn't reserve a room for us. It took 40 minutes for them to find us a room. This made us late for our evening.
It's an older hotel that attempted renovations. Our room had stained bedding and floors, and ripped bedding, towels, and shower curtain. We were awakened at 4 am by a wedding party. I'd say this is a 2 star hotel at most.

The breakfast was nice.
Elevators are slow.
For the Palmdale area, this hotel is adequate. It's better than say a Motel 6, but I enjoyed my stay at the Marriot better.

Best priced 3 star hotel in Palmdale, not much more to say than that.
My room was right above the vending machines which meant that every 10 minutes it sounded like an elevator was going up and down right underneath my bed!! Unfortunately the hotel was completely sold out so we couldn't move rooms. That was pretty bad.
