Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Pan Pacific Hotel Vancouver
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 10, 2013

Great place to stay. Lovely Vancouver waterfront and Canada place. Close walk to shopping and other restaurants. Just would have expected better food than our room service experience.

This location is excellent for anyone going or returning from a cruise. The hotel is on the pier. We walked about 200 yards to the elevator where a bellman took our luggage. He gave us a ticket which we gave to the desk when we checked in and our luggage was delivered immediately. We did not use the pool but it was but it looked very nice. The transportation hub is about 2 blocks away. We took the seabus to North Vancouver for lunch awent to the top of Grouse Mountain. I do not think I would stay anywhere else. ...

Beautiful property, convenient location for pre-cruise stay. Luggage transfer to ship was an added bonus!

great location! room was a bit small- though i've stayed there multiple times before and previously had a much larger room with a much better view. feel like they didn't give us the greatest room or view because we got a deal on priceline. nice pool with gorgeous views.. front desk was a bit rude when checking in regarding giving us a better view (i know the hotel was not very busy and i've stayed there in the same class room multiple times and always had a better view of bay and mountains and much larger room). can't beat the deal we got on this room though on priceline - location is fantastic but parking is a fortune. if we didn't have kids with us we would not have rented a car as vancouver's an easy city to get around on by foot and transit. ...

The room for the price and star-level seemed slightly worn. Nothing horrible, just not well-polished. Unless you upgrade to "Club" level, they charge for everything extra - parking, wi-fi, water. In my opinion, good customer service means that they should at least give you a bottle of water. I recommend it for the view, but not for the rest of the experience. There are other hotels in the area that have nicer and more-inclusive accommodations in this price range. ...

This hotel is close to everything. Plenty of different places to eat and shop at. Close enough to Stanley park that you can walk to. Would stay here again without a second thought.

every view was great. the toiletries smelled like Aveda and the hotel location was awesome! walk to anything and sky train station nearly at the doorstep. the outdoor pool was a nice warm treat on an early spring evening too. we will definitely go back to this hotel again and again.

We booked on Priceline and we were pleasantly surprised to stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel. It is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and all attractions. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the view from the surrounding windows to the harbor and Northshore mountains. It would be great for tourists visiting from out of province or outside Canada. You get a beautiful perspective of the city from this hotel. The service in the lounge and the restaurant was very good; it was nice to have a number of gluten free options, something you don't find very often. We will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you! ...
