The pools were great and the hotel staff was very helpful.
Location was not near Universal or Disney. No free shuttle service to attractions.

The hotel was good, big rooms and even provided robes to be used while staying at the hotel. Enjoyed seeing the Duck March. The kids enjoyed the pools and the plunge pool. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Was much better than what I expected. Plan to stay there again when in Orlando.
