Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Pfister Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 13, 2013

The front desk needs to pay a bit more attention to detail. I called because the ice machine was not working and there was no ice bucket in the room even if it was. The front desk clerk said she would send up a bucket of ice, but she never did. The bathroom sink plunger was broken, so I had to pull it out so that the water would drain. These are minor details which changes a "10" rating to a "9". On the whole, the hotel was a great old downtown beauty at a great location and with plenty of underground parking. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay in this hotel again. ...

We were traveling with our children and this hotel and their employees made the stay for ALL of us enjoyable. We travel often and this hotel stay was by far our favorite to date.

When we checked in they asked us if we were interested in upgrading to a suite for xxx. This included in-room breakfast and since we did not have a need for Wi-Fi, they gave us a certificate for two free drinks in the hotel lounge. The suite was beautiful and we felt like VIP's with the delicious breakfast brought to our room. We would definitely stay at the Pfister again and would recommend it to anyone who likes to stay at a luxurious hotel without it costing them a fortune. ...
