Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Pfister Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

We loved EVERYTHING about the Pfister. The hotel lobby and rooms were beautiful, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife.
The parking was expensive, but typical for a four star hotel in a big city. We used the valet rather than self park and felt it was worth the convenience to have the car waiting for us when we went out for dinner and at check-out.

When we checked in they asked us if we were interested in upgrading to a suite for xxx. This included in-room breakfast and since we did not have a need for Wi-Fi, they gave us a certificate for two free drinks in the hotel lounge. The suite was beautiful and we felt like VIP's with the delicious breakfast brought to our room. We would definitely stay at the Pfister again and would recommend it to anyone who likes to stay at a luxurious hotel without it costing them a fortune. ...read more

Awful, choose wrong date, my fault but would not credit me anything.
Service and front desk were terrible to interact with.

Great view in a historic hotel
We liked everything, except that you are charged extra for EVERYTHING: Internet, TV, Water, etc.

This is a great hotel. I would highly recommend it

The staff could not be more accomodating. The beds were extremely comfortable. The Mason Grill in the lobby was expensive but worth every penny - the meal was flawless. the wait staff was 5 star! found a great Italian rest. around the corner!
Wish I could have predicted the weather.

This was a wonderful stay. Have traveled a lot and will put the Pfister at the top of my list.

Classy and full of history
Didn't make an effort to address the lesser room we ended up with...

Nice, class place, however, the room offered by Priceline was not the room the Pfister provided. Pfister staff put that on Priceline, i.e. not our fault.

Absolutely lovely, very comfortable beds
Lack of refridgerator & micorowave in room

We hadn't been to the Pfister in many years, as it's out of our price range normaly. Thanks to Priceline, we received our room at the Pfister via blind bid. Such a beautiful, luxurious hotel. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. This was our first night away from our 7 month old, and when we shared this with the front desm agent, she upgraded us for free to a corner room with a beautiful view. Be sure to stop at the Mason Street Grill, fabulous restaurant. Highly recommend. ...read more
