Great location near the beach and away from the tourist/club/noise/craziness of Duval Street. But close enough to walk there if that is what you want. Access to the sister hotel a block away is a big plus.

The air conditioning went out and it took a long time to fix.

Great location,quiet and relaxing.

Poor service and not what would have been expected for a resort of this class.

Great location to Duval Street, very clean and upscale hotel however the breakfast had very limited selections and the service was poor for both the breakfast and pool bar service. Excellent service was provided by Strip House for dinner and By Barefoot Billy's for beach chairs.

Beach location. Very friendly concierge with good advice. Bed was great for size and comfort. All employees were friendly and helpful.

I don't think the $25.00 resort fee is warranted since the rooms are quite expensive. Ditto for the parking cost of $25.00.

Good location with a beach and pool. Very attentive staff. Only complaint is about added fees for resort and car. Come on--most people drive here and use the pool!

Our private balcony with view of the ocean was wonderful. Wonderful location on the island.

Did not have the luxury appearance in public spaces that is consistent with Waldorf - Astoria brand.
