Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Ridge Tahoe
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Solo Traveler(3) | Traveling as Couple(2)

The food was good. Nice place for a wedding.
No air conditioning! Dirty ice bucket, and transportation van was in need of repair. Over priced!
Lovely area! We went to a wedding at this resort. Everything relating to the wedding was as expected. No air conditioning in the rooms. Rooms were very hotel 6. For the price I expected more. Restaurant was closed due to privrate parties. I was very disappointed!

Hotel restaurant is only open on certain days. You would think Thurs-Sun, but not.
Room was newly remodeled, so that was a big plus. Everything was great except customer service at front desk. They really need some training.

The cocktails.
A bit 80's style.
The location was good for skiing and it was a quiet hotel away from the main Tahoe night life.

It was conveniently located to the casinos.
Could have nicer furniture.
I thought the hotel was nice, close to the casinos, and would recommend it.
