Nice staff.
For the price, a pretty small and unimpressive room. Was better than a Hampton, only because it had a nicer shower. The $32 sushi was a joke... very modest portions for the money.

I paid about 5 times what I'd pay for a "nice hotel" outside of Atlanta. For the price, I was expecting MUCH more from the room. Half the expected size. Will not return.

the lobby and breakfast buffet are attractive
The pool was under renovation and unavailable

The hotel is in a convenient location., clean and pleasant surroundings. Staff is helpful. There should be some way to communicate to Priceline that the pool was unavailable and under construction because had we known, we would have chosen another hotel

Extremely clean and comfortable. Romantic beautiful room and view. The staff was amazing!
The room cash bar and use of a microwave extremely expensive. $40.00 for use of the microwave!

I'd love to stay there again but, very pricey. Parking each night was $32 I thought that was also a bit much. The live Jazz in the café lounge is fantastic and I loved the courtesy table snacks.

Newspaper delivery. Atmosphere in the bar and quality of drinks.
The IPhone player did not work. When I called hotel staff about directions to The Doubletree they gave me the wrong directions.

This Ritz Carlton was not up to par with others I have stayed at. The pool was closed and the fitness area temporary, the room was small, the IPhone player did not work, and the in-room coffee was below average.

It was elegant and lovely, with an attentive staff that was like something from a bygone era!
That it didn't have a fan in the bathroom.

It was wonderful and restorative!
