Staff was friendly. Nice and clean. They made us feel important.

This hotel service was excellent from the moment, the doorman opened the front door for us to the front desk service. My wife lost one of her ear rings in the room, which was given to the lost and found department of the hotel. We reported the lost the next day the ear ring was waiting for us. A big thank you goes out to the staff of this hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. ...read more

The Ritz Carlton staff was superb.
The decor of the room was dated.

The treatment by the staff makes your stay worthwhile. It is a first class hotel experience and we would definitely keep the location in mind for the future.
