Location! Connected to a mall next door which has direct access to pentagon city metro. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Comfortable beds too.
Lobby is small and not as luxurious as other Ritz Carlton's.

I was charged about $24 that were not on the bill that was slipped under the door. I thought I had everything paid according to including parking.
