Very attendant staff and extravagant room features.
What? A luxury room with only a half-bath?

It took forever to check in, but the receptionist more than made up for it. Our room was beautiful though not as aesthetically warm as last time and had features I didn't know existed! Very impressive, but a bathtub would have been nice, since the shower leaked all over. Great breakfast with a great reception, and the view and location were spectacular. Bring lots of for tips, because these people deserve it. ...read more

Good location. Close to Embankment Tube stop; London Eye; Big Ben and Parliament; Trafalgar Square.
Although good location, generally, hotel located in neighborhood of government building, so the scene is a little dead.
