no breakfast included in the package.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyonw who wishes to have an awesome time at Miami Beach. Awesome location, awesome rooms. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. I would love to come this hotel again.

Great location on Miami Beach, great outdoor / pool area. Higher up floors have a great view.
Valet was expensive and there were more charges and fees than anticipated.

Our stay at this hotel cost more than we expected.

It's noisy if you are on the front, street facing wing. Their Libby nightclub is really loud in the middle of the night, beware!

The staff were excellent, from the bell boys to the beach staff. All the staff that I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. The room was a king corner suite that was large & absolutely beautiful.
Everything was great but the main pool was shut down at 3:00 on Saturday for a wedding but they have a smaller upper pool and the beach so it wasn't a big deal.

Received an excellent rate on this hotel through priceline and couldn't have been happier about the stay. This hotel was beautifully renovated in Nov 2012 and they did an excellent job. If you want great service, a clean hotel with great amenities, stay here!

Should have a separate line to check out. it only takes a minute so it eould be more efficient instead of waiting behind people checking in.

Location, location, location. In addition, the hotel just had a rennovation under new managment and everything looked great. Hotel is the former Royal Palms Hotel.
The hotel charges an extra $19/day resort fee. We bid on a four star hotel catagory, we did not use the pool or gym but we had to pay the fee anyway which defeats the priceline concept of paying only what you bid.

We had a very good experience at the hotel. We received one of the best rooms ocean front during busy spring break week. The front desk staff was great and allowed for a late checkout. The hotel is easy walking distance from ocean drive restaurants and shopping. The hotel was definately worth the money but the additional $19/day resort fee is annoying when you think you know your total cost of the stay and then find out there is an extra charge. ...read more

I cut my foot on the gate that opens between the beach access and the hotel pool and the staff did not seem very con earned.

I came in on a red eye and got to the hotel at 7am, they allowed me to check in. The staff was very nice and the pool, gym and beach had an awesome vibe. Will definitely stay there again.
