Location was great - nice pool, but I had an issue with the charges for incidentals of $900 they held. It was ridiculous and they didn't help me resolve it. Didn't have access to my funds for something I booked on priceline was very disturbing.

I booked an ocean view room and when I went there they told me there is partial and there is full view room, and there is nothing mentioned on their website about that , and I did pay extra money for the ocean view, the staff were nice about this and they did give me a suit instead . If they clarify that on their website will be great.

While I dont think this is a 4.5 star hotel, its really close. The staff was super friendly and attentive, the pools were nice and clean. The rooms were nice although the shower and bathroom doors didnt close/seal properly. The bed could have used better pillows. The hotel advertised free Bike use, but it wasnt as simple as that, you had to rent bikes on your own and get reimbursed. ...

Family Traveling with Teens
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyonw who wishes to have an awesome time at Miami Beach. Awesome location, awesome rooms. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. I would love to come this hotel again.

Received an excellent rate on this hotel through priceline and couldn't have been happier about the stay. This hotel was beautifully renovated in Nov 2012 and they did an excellent job. If you want great service, a clean hotel with great amenities, stay here!
