Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Saint Hotel, Autograph Collection
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 14, 2013

This should be your hotel of choice when visiting New Orleans Valet parking is xpansive but it is the best choice when staying in the French quarter if you re planning to take field trips, if you are planning to stay in the quarter only Thn park at any of the close public parkings for 25 $$ per day

I really enjoyed my stay and the amenities such as the gym and the cleanliness of the room. Very well maintained rooms and public spaces and very convenient location near French Quarter.

The only postive experience was the location. When maintenance fixed the toilet he removed a hand towel. I requested more towels and never got them. They kept their word and fixed it, but to my disapointment housekeeping had not cleaned the room and there were no clean towels. Had to chase a housekeeper down in the hallway. By this time I was fed up with the whole experience and checked out a night early. ...

The Saint is in a great location on Canal with a courteous and welcoming staff. I was pleased with the room layout and design; it was quiet and comfortable. Overall, the staff is amazing! This is a great hotel I will definitely stay in again!
