Hotel Guest Reviews of the The Seelbach Hilton Louisville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The character of the place was awesome. Great rooms with high ceilings and amazing woodwork throughout the hotel.
The Oak Room brunch was very disappointing for the price.

The hotel overall was great, however experience with Priceline not so much. We booked 2 rooms. One of the couple was unable to make the trip, called Priceline to see if 1 room could be canceled, discounted or credit for future stay, all were refused.

It was an awesome hotel no complaints!
Starbucks was not open very long and you could not use the phone app to pay for your purchase, you had to have the card because they couldn't type the number in!

Great location to downtown yum center and eating places!

The room was very small. The shower drain did not drain well and left a continual puddle of water during shower. The cleaning staff started vacuuming outside our room at 6am. The bed caved in center and my fiancé and I felt springs (we are thin people).

Needless to say this will NOT be my hotel of choice when traveling to Louisville ky again. ...read more

Very good location for downtown activities, 4th street live across the street. We walked to the Yum! Center for a show close to the river. Gorgeous architecture in this hotel.

Very helpful staff, and good location
The room and bathroom were very small, the TV had several stations that the sound would not come through on.

Beautiful old hotel, comfortable bed and pillows. Great location for downtown attractions.

Beautiful public spaces. Great location.
Smallish rooms. Towel rack kept coming off the wall.

Great historic hotel. Well situated within easy distance of Louisville's main attractions. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller than might be expected in more moden accomadations. Public spaces are fabulous.

This hotel was lovely with lots of cool historical details, and right downtown by Fourth Street Live. We walked everywhere and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, museums, and venues close by. There is a Starbucks in the downstairs lobby, which was also an added plus. Clean room, though small, had some nice detailing.
